Safety clothing requires special care and should be cleaned regularly. For daily use and average soiling, weekly cleaning is recommended. If heavily soiled, wash immediately after wearing. Resin, oil and fuel residues can have a detrimental effect on the function of the safety clothing. For washing, we recommend standard heavy-duty washing powder. For heavy soiling, add a tablespoon of grease remover (soap) to the detergent. To preserve the protective function, pull the safety clothing into shape whilst still wet after washing and then air-dry. Excessively high washing temperatures or tumble drying reduce the protective function and wearing comfort (shrinkage).
