Unless otherwise stated on the care label, any heat applied after washing has a positive effect on Tex membranes and waterproof clothing. The heat reactivates the water-repellent impregnation. The tiny fibres of the membrane stand up again under the influence of the heat. For functional clothing suitable for tumble drying, dry it in the tumble dryer on the lowest setting – do not dry it completely.
