Only the outer fabric may be repaired. Do not sew through the cut-resistant insert. When altering or repairing safety clothing, e.g. shortening the legs, do not mend, alter, shorten or sew through the cut-resistant insert! Any alteration to the cut-resistant insert reduces or destroys the protective effect!
