Tens of thousands of people worldwide are involved in the manufacture of our workwear. It is important to us to provide them with a safe and fair working environment in which human rights are respected. Together with our long-standing production partners, we are working to implement high social and environmental standards in these facilities.
The basis for this is a binding Code of Conduct for our production partners, which covers, amongst other things, fair working conditions, fair pay, health and safety at work, the prohibition of child labour, and environmental protection.
ILO Conventions 79, 142 and 182, as well as ILO Recommendation 146, apply.
