The quickest way to access copies of documents is via your customer login in the online shop.
- Accessing copies of documents in the online shop (using your customer login)
- Log in to the online shop using your customer login.
- Go to [My Account] and select [My Orders].
- In the order history, open the relevant order using the [>] icon.
- Under [Manage Orders], you will find the [Invoices and Credit Notes] section.
- Select the required document and click on [Send by email].
- Enter the required email address and click on [Request document].
- The document will usually be sent to you by email within a few seconds.

- Requesting copies of documents without an online login
- If you do not have a customer login or do not yet receive our documents digitally, we can also send you invoices and credit notes directly by email.
- Send an email to info@strauss.fr.
- Please provide the following details:
- Your customer number
- Your customer details (e.g. name/company, address)
- The email address to which we may send your documents in future
On request, we can set up digital delivery of invoices and credit notes directly to your email inbox.
