You may have closed the PayPal window too soon. In this case, the order cannot be fully completed. Your order has been successfully received by us as soon as you were redirected to the thank-you page in our shop following the PayPal payment process. We will then also send you an automatic order confirmation by email. Please ensure you receive the order confirmation, as we will only process your order once this has been sent. If there are still items in your basket, the order has not been completed. Following a successful order, your basket is always emptied. Amounts reserved via PayPal that have not been debited are held for 2 weeks and then cancelled.
