You can obtain orthopaedic insoles for certified STRAUSS work and safety shoes from an approved orthopaedic professional of your choice. It is important that they order and use a type-approved insole system via our partners.
To ensure that the certification and protective properties of your work or safety shoes are maintained, it is important that the following conditions are met:
- The chosen model must be approved for orthopaedic insoles. The filter function in our STRAUSS Online Shop will help you with your selection: under the sub-heading ‘Suitable for insoles’, you can filter for shoes approved for orthopaedic foot protection in accordance with DGUV Rule 112-191 (BGR 191).
- The fitting must be carried out by a certified orthopaedic shoemaker or master orthopaedic professional.
- The orthopaedic shoemaker must order and use a type-approved insole system from our partners.
Our tip:
In the STRAUSS Online Shop, you will find the relevant data sheets on the product detail pages for all suitable models. These contain all the information your orthopaedist needs to make the insoles.
If you have any questions about selecting suitable models or regarding the data sheets, our customer service team will be happy to help.
