Product data transfer:
We offer two options for transferring product data electronically into your ordering system:
- OCI 4.0 – PunchOut interface (Open Catalog Interface)
- Static catalogue (BMEcat, Excel, etc.)
OCI, as a “dynamic interface”, is set up once and ensures that your ordering system receives the latest product data and prices from our webshop before the ordering process begins.
The data from static catalogues, on the other hand, is transferred in a structured format and imported into your system in advance. A static catalogue can be provided in BMEcat 1.2 XML format or as an Excel spreadsheet.
Document transfer:
Do you place multiple orders per week? Then an EDI transfer of your orders makes sense.
We are able to process the standard formats used in the market. These include, for example:
- XML / openTrans 1.0 or 2.1
- EDIfact
- IDOC
- CSV
- cXML
We will then send the order confirmation as a PDF to your preferred email address.
