FIBERtwin® is a textile technology used by STRAUSS for high-performance fleece and knitted garments designed for the first and second layers of clothing. Depending on the product, it ensures high breathability, thermal comfort, excellent thermal performance and an optimal warmth-to-weight ratio.
FIBERtwin® can be optimised for different properties:
- FIBERtwin® isocell: warm and highly breathable, ideal as a functional thermal layer in the layering principle
- FIBERtwin® climacell: lightweight and quick-drying, for high thermal comfort and effective moisture wicking
- FIBERtwin® highloft: warm and soft, ensures a particularly fluffy, comfortable feel with good insulation
- FIBERtwin® thermaflor: warm and hard-wearing, designed for robust work use with long-lasting thermal performance
- FIBERtwin® climafoam: insulating and lightweight, offers good warmth with low weight and pleasant freedom of movement
- FIBERtwin® shellloft: insulating and water-repellent, combines heat retention with additional weather protection as an outer layer
